The Eddy at Promenade Park
"A Different Current."
A Modern Club on the River
The Eddy is a more considered way to live in downtown Fort Wayne. Inspired by the character of the river, the tradition of a sporting club, and the energy of the city, it brings together refined apartment living, thoughtfully designed social spaces, and a setting unlike anywhere else downtown.
Here, mornings might begin along the river, evenings grab a drink and gather outside around a fire, all while downtown is just a stroll across the bridge. The Eddy is designed to feel less like an apartment building and more like a place you belong. It is a sanctuary built for the active soul – combining elite fitness, rugged luxury, and an outdoor lifestyle that feels miles away, yet keeps the city at your fingertips.
Designed For Life Beyond Your Front Door.
The Eddy brings together the essentials for an active day and an easy evening—from workouts and afternoons by the pool to outdoor dinners and nights around the fire. Thoughtful conveniences throughout the community make coming home feel effortless.
